Dear customers,
Pursuant to the Administrative Rules of Customer Identification and Retention of Customer identification materials and Trading Records for Financial Institutions and its interpretive rules (collectively, the “Rules”), financial insititutions shall know the natural persion who has the actual control over the customer and the beneficiary of a transaction by oberviing the “know your customer” principle:

The rules came into effect on 1st August 2007.

To ensure normal business iwth us, if an of your identification documents or proof of identity documents, or other account opening documents or materials, previously submitted to the bank has/have expired or been updated, you should provide the bank the updated documents. For any queries, please contact our customer service representative. Should you have any difficulties in delivering the documents in persion, photocopy of the valid origianl documents bearing your stamp/signature or the attorney’s stamp/seal should be sent to us. This notice is issued in both Chinese and English, but the Cchinese version should prevail in case of any discrepancy.
